If you are looking to purchase a product but have found a lower price...
- Send an email to sales@HubSet.com with your name, phone number and a description of the item. Please provide the supplier's name, an attachment showing proof of the price being offered. The product must be in stock, have the same SKU and item name from its manufacturer and show its price, minimum order quantity and availability. If HubSet.com offers free shipping on the item, please also include your zip code as this amount must be taken into account.
- Please note that HubSet.com only price matches other companies that offer identical products. We are not able to price match similar or non-branded products.
- We will try to match the price offered at the time of purchase.
- Price match cannot be combined with any coupons, sales, or other promotions.
- In the event that we cannot match a price, we will offer the lowest price possible for us.
- Simply place the order online and we will credit you the difference or you may call to place the order and be charged the lower price.
If you have already purchased a product and have found a lower price...
- We must be contacted within 2 business days of purchase.
- Send an email to sales@HubSet.com with the information stated above. Please also include your company name, contact name, order number, and phone number. Please Note: if HubSet.com offers Free Shipping on the item, the shipping amount must be taken into account.
- We will credit the difference to the form of payment with which you placed the order.
