Do you drop ship?
We will drop ship orders if it means that you will receive them faster that way. Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in California, but if a supplier has an item available and it will get to you faster, we will sometimes drop ship.
Do you have a local distributor close to me that I can get it from?
At this time, we only have locations in California.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but the only country we ship to is Canada. For more information about our shipping policy, please click here.

HubSet.com is located in San Diego, California. We have fulfilment centers across the U.S. with strategic locations that are designed to serve our customers faster.
Where does my order ship from?
Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse fulfillment center in California.
Can I change my order once it's been placed prior to shipping?
Yes, you can change your order prior to shipment and the product leaving one of the fulfilment centers. Once product is shipped, we have no way of cancelling the shipment in route.
Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order if you would like to make a change. We will then check to see if the order has already left one of the facilities. If the order has already shipped out, you will have to wait until it is received, then follow the return process on HubSet.com to return the merchandise that you want changed or place a new order. Again, if the order has not yet shipped, we will be able to make necessary changes to your order.
Can I place an order outside of your office hours?
Yes. HubSet.com is designed to accept and process online orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your order will be in queue from one of our fulfillment centers to ship during our normal business hours. Our customer service team is available by phone Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time.
What if I am Tax Exempt?
If you have a government issued Tax Exempt form or Resale Certificate, please add your tax exempt or Resale certificate upon completing your online wholesale account application. We can also add your tax-exempt form to your account to ensure you are not charged Sales Tax. If you have already placed your order please write your order number on top of your tax-exempt form and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 800-691-8696.
Please note that you will only be tax exempt for orders shipping within the state of your exemption and the shipping or billing address must exactly match that on your exemption form. Your tax-exempt information must be entered when you complete your wholesale account application on HubSet.com. If the tax-exempt number is not entered, HubSet.com will not be able to issue you a refund. It is very important to have all your information entered at the time of completing your application.
If the tax-exempt form is received more than 90 days past the order date, we may not be able to credit the sales tax paid on an order, and you will need to request a refund from your State Department of Taxation and Finance
